How Long Do Press-On Nails Last?

 

·      The lifespan of press-on nails can vary based on the type of adhesive used and how well you care for them.

·      Stick-On Adhesive Tabs: If you use stick-on adhesive tabs, your press-on nails can last for about 2-3 days. This makes them perfect for short-term wear, such as an event or a weekend getaway.

·      Nail Glue: For a longer-lasting manicure, use nail glue. When applied correctly, you can keep your press-on nails securely in place for 2 weeks or more.

·      To maximize the lifespan of your press-on nails, avoid prolonged exposure to water, apply a topcoat for extra protection, and be gentle with your nails to prevent lifting or breaking.

 

Am I limited from washing, swimming and performing other water-related activities with these nails?

 

Not at all. You can wash dishes, swim and continue your normal day activities while wearing these. However, for maximum wear, we’d advise against doing these activities frequently and for long periods of time.

 

After my order is placed, how long will it take to deliver? 

 

Given that each set is handmade to order, once you place your order we strive to deliver within 5-7 business days (this excludes holidays and weekends). This allows us time to ensure your nails will be made carefully and up to our standards.

 

Are the nails reusable?

 

This is dependent upon your preferred method of application. Using nail tabs to apply the nails will guarantee more usability. If applying glue, we’d recommend filing off the inside of the press on to recreate the original smooth finish. After filing, use a cotton swab and nail polish remover to remove any access residue before reapplying the nails. 

 

What is the best way to remove the nails? 

 

You can soak your nails in warm water for 10-15 minutes or rub cuticle oil/nail polish remover around the nail and use a cuticle pusher to help pry the nail off. We do not ever recommend pulling them off, as this can result in nail damage.

 

Can I file or cut the nails to my preference?

 

Yes, typically about an hour after application, nails can be gently filed to desired length and shape. 

 

What is the return policy?

 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final.
